Harris’s recent flurry of media appearances and even another debate request to the Trump campaign represent a 180-degree departure from the strategy taken during the “sugar high” the Democrats manufactured around Harris’s installment as the candidate replacement for Biden. This drastic change can only be explained by the crash of the sugar high created by the Party-aligned media.
For decades, the Democrat Party has endeavored to replace sound policy with strategic messaging as the foundation of its pursuit of power. The predictable result, of course, is political pandering to the basest, most primitive impulses of human nature.
The “Democrat” Party of today cultivates collective envy, lust, gluttony, sloth, rage, and greed and converts them into political capital with campaigns consisting of little more than emotional appeals. Kamala’s campaign attempted to sell itself on joy.
While wildly destructive, this tactic has also been terrifyingly effective on shallow-rooted, vulnerable people. A significant portion of the Leftist ideologues that comprise the Party’s base are now so fixated on their emotional state, sexual impulses, need for identity affirmation, and chronic aggrievement that they’re incapable of connecting their Party’s policies to the results generated.
Thankfully, this level of incapacity does not describe most rank-and-file, formerly Democrat Party voters. These people are coming to realize that their Party has abandoned reason and sound governance in a mindless pursuit of power through the promotion of anti-American ideologies.
